It's a really small library, so why not. I will add it in the next release.
But even when it's included in the container, you will still need to manually register it for your Wine prefix (~/.wine by default):
./conty.sh wine64 regsvr32 wineasio.dll
./conty.sh wine regsvr32 wineasio.dll
However, i don't know if JACK works properly from within the container.

Thanks! Yeah I'm not positive it will work how I'd like in this system but that is what I'm investigating.
