. I'm not adding brackets to schema. I don't think people usually name the schema by reserved word.

Are square brackets in mssql same thing like quotes in postgres?

I've never used postgres. But in mssql you put square brackets around identifiers (database, tables, column names and others) to avoid conflicts with keywords.

But watching the commit I believe someone may run into trouble later since the syntax is as follows:
select top 200 * from [schema].[table]
And from what I'm seeing it would generate the following:
select top 200 * from schema[table]
Is this correct? Want me to open a new issue? Maybe submit a PR on it?
