If you launch make all it is assumed that dep is already installed. Let me know if this is the case.

please, remove the vendor folder and try again. @alombarte proved it works on clean environments and travis is building the project after every commit without problems (last build on 1.11: https://travis-ci.org/devopsfaith/krakend-ce/jobs/463895874)
