Getting sed error when compiling on OSX about koreader HOT 3 CLOSED

This is unfortunately an incompatibility between BSD and GNU sed.

We probably can't solve it but have to resort to "patch" or similar to
do the same job.

Environment : Hackintosh 10.8.3, xcode 4.6.2, self-compiled wget and md5sum.
Error log (during 'make fetchthirdparty' ):

Yeah, you may need to change other places in the make file (like md5sum) to adapt for mac. So if you don't want to deal with that, I recommend you use a Linux VM for development.
