Dear Sir,
There are two different software:
-
Kooboo. The new Kooboo that contains a web server, mail server, JavaScript engine, template engine and more. The new tool for building websites. This the desktop version 1.0.6850 you mentioned above.

Old Kooboo Cms, used to build enterprise websites. That is the version 3.2 you mentioned above.
Import/Export sites between two system is not possible.
However, The new Kooboo contains an easy migration tool that can help you quick clone websites from other system. From this point of view, you can migrate websites of old Kooboo Cms into new Kooboo.
To publish websites from local desktop version to online server, you need to have new Kooboo installed on the online server. Refer to the publishing chapter of Kooboo documentation for more information.

Kooboo contains very easy publishing tool, there is no need to use FTP or other tools any more.
