Create Alternate Statistics View about carparksimulation HOT 3 CLOSED

This issue contains a somewhat duplicate description of issue #30.

I have an idea for this issue:

• We could add a bar chart horizontally under the CarParkView (see issue #30);
• This will contain at least two bars, for regular customers and pass holders;
• Perhaps we can add a third bar for reserved spaces.

If we have time, maybe we can add an extra line graph. But this objective will be challenging:

• We could add a line graph for occupation percentages (like the bar chart);
• This will keep track of occupation history.

These objectives will be challenging, since none of us have had any experience with implementing charts or graphs!
