AURをよく知らないのですが、なぜ URL （パッケージ？）が2つあるのでしょうか？

getoptionsパッケージはリリースされているバージョン（すなわち3.3.0）のソースコードを元にパッケージをビルドします。それに大してgetoptions-gitはmasterブランチの最新のソースコードを元にパッケージをビルドします。

補足ですが、getoptionsは近い内に（？）新しいバージョンをリリースします。
