Tests are not working with gradle's Junit executor about javaspec HOT 5 OPEN

@smiklos Sorry to hear the new version hasn't addressed this, and my apologies for the late reply. The end of the year has been quite busy, and I haven't had a chance to get back to this as early as I would have liked.

I could use a hand in creating a spec and gradle build file that leads to this issue, to help me clarify what's going wrong and to make sure this issue doesn't show up again after it's been fixed. If you have some time and would like to lend a hand, perhaps you could fork from branch f-gradle and modify the contents of gradle-sandbox to reproduce this issue? Once we can both see the issue happening, it shouldn't be too hard to write some sort of automated test for it.
