The balance table is returned in a matrix named r(bal). Try this as an example:

webuse cattaneo2, clear
psweight ipw mbsmoke mmarried mage fbaby medu
psweight call balanceresults()
return list
matrix mybalancetable = r(bal)
_matrix_table mybalancetable 

You can then manipulate mybalancetable like any other Stata matrix. It should be easy to export it to TeX or Excel or other programs, convert it to a Stata dataset (using svmat), or whatever else you need.
