The fact that you can't see chat show's that your account is limited, but you said you have more that 5 dollars. Maybe try buying a game and see if that fixes it.

Bought a game, now account is level 1. Everything else is same.

After getting the error, bot is not stopping/closing. When I pass gamePlayed: '49520', my account is being in-game until I ctrl+c it twice. Idk why I need to do it twice

Having to control-c twice is standard for closing things usually. I just saw your edit and it was a typo on my part and it's fixed, but I don't think the problem is related.

If you can't see the chat window in the browser, but can access the steam api and have bought a game and spent $5 I think there's nothing I can do, since it seems like a problem with steam at this point.

You are right @dragonbanshee ! It was a steam related problem. I've done nothing but sending a ticket to them and problem is solved now. Thanks!

Edit: but the oher problem about "richPresenceID" still exists. I don't even know what that is so I'm not opening a new issue about it.
