Include async example spec on website about kiwi HOT 4 CLOSED

As the person who contributed the async testing features, I've been meaning to do this for a while.

If Allen could get the source for the website into the repository, I'd be happy to do a bit of documentation writing.

Allen, if you'd like, I could copy & paste the HTML of the website into the
Jekyll framework (which is used by GitHub Pages) and send it to you. I have
experience with this as I built this website:
http://www.mattdipasquale.com/You can also fork that if you'd like and
start from there. It's pretty clean
if you ask me. :) I made some improvements upon mojombo's and other
examples.
