Your code is too redundant to understand. I think this is quite a big problem if you want other people help your project.

.gitignore doesn't do anything for this case. You should check how it actually to be installed.

Btw, I mistyped, I am using both .gitignore and .npmignore to limit number of files that are distributed.

I don't think fixing only this could solve all problems. We need more time to find a proper answer.

I guess this happened because I published a version which did not had those files. Version 1.1.1 has everything cleaned up.

Closing this issue for now, if you would like, you can clean up the code and make PR, or create a separate issue with concrete concerns.
