Can you please attach debug logs?
Have you named the button both in app and in the integration exactly in same way, respecting the case?

The debug log is attached. Yes the names are exactly the same in both the app and the integration.

So this is the payload sent by the integration to Swithbot API

Is your command named STOP on the switchbot App?
Unfortunately there isn't a way to get all the custom buttons configured in the App OpenWonderLabs/SwitchBotAPI#68

@KiraPC - Yes that's right the name of the command in Switchbot app is STOP

Ok, so, I'm sorry but I can't help you more. The API returns that does not exist a command with that name.
You should try to change the case, do different tests, but this is not an integration related issue.
