chaiNNer - This is a very good tool for inferencing AI models, but also for general image and video processing. It has a LOT of features and is very easy to get started with
StaxRip - Great video processing software that supports Avisynth and Vapoursynth

A node-based image processing GUI aimed at making chaining image processing tasks easy and customizable. Born as an AI upscaling application, chaiNNer has grown into an extremely flexible and powerful programmatic image processing application.
