add a replace function for hashNames about liquidslider HOT 3 CLOSED

It seems to be working correctly even when using the special characters. Linking to, example.com/index.html#panel-2ä opens the slider as expected (at least in Chrome).

Is there a reason to change ä to ae that I don't understand? When you type in German (I'm assuming you're German), do you type using the ä or do Germans always type the ae regardless, even when they read it as ä?

You should replace special characters in the URL because some browsers may not display these. Also, it is for someone who does not have this character on the keyboard, easier to access the website.

I've since set up an option hashTitleSelector that will allow the developer to define a separate hash tag value
