You are using a newer version of forge that confirmed crashes MW mod.

Below is a quote from MW mod's discord server:
Q: I got this crash on 1.12.2 on the latest forge/am crashing when flipping creative inventory tabs, can you fix it?

A: Switch your forge version, the latest one is bugged. Forge made a rendering change that broke MW and they blame us for the crash. The version we recommend (which is a very stable forge version) is 14.23.4.2759. The reason why we can’t fix this is because it would require rewriting 5 years worth of work from scratch. Furthermore, Forge does not care about addressing this issue whatsoever. Several people have contacted them and asked them about this issue, and they blamed us for the crash, dismissing anything and everything.
A fix for this is to install Optifine. Optifine fix's Forge's mistakes (that's our current theory). If it still doesn't work, maker sure you have a folder titled "1.12.2" in your mods folder.

TL:DR:
Crashes with Forge versions higher than 14.23.5.2772 , and kettle is using a 28xx forge, so no MW mod in this minecraft server solution.

This issue cannot be fixed on our end, unless we downgrade just those classes, which would cause issues with the overall software making it unstable.

Sorry, this is a wontfix issue.

If someone wishes to make a fork of Modern Warfare for newer versions of Forge 1.12.2, please do so and post it in this issue
