Hi @ckrf, please try the version found here https://keshiarose.github.io/Toggl-Web-Data-Connector/togglwdc_19.4.html and re-open this issue if you are still having problems.

Hi @KeshiaRose, thanks for the updated link! Unfortunately I'm still stuck on the hanging loading data screen. I don't see how to re-open the issue.

Darn, OK can you try taking a look at the debugger? Maybe there is something specific to your data that I'm not accounting for. Also, make sure you are entering the correct information for each input. You can follow these steps for the debugger:
- Download and unzip Chrome 79 (debugger doesn't work in latest versions of chrome)
- Close all instances of Tableau Desktop
- Open a new instance of Tableau Desktop with the debugger flag
- Connect to the WDC and click "Update Now"
- Open the Chrome 79 browser exe and go to
http://localhost:8696 - Click on the Toggl WDC and make sure you're on the "console" tab
- Take a screenshot of any errors you see there and paste them in this issue

Awesome, thanks @KeshiaRose. Sadly I'm not going to get back with an
immediate answer, but I'll put the debugging log in my queue as the first
step when I resume playing around with Tableau.

Hey @KeshiaRose! What an awesome resource. Thanks for making this - the WDC splash screen looks amazing, by the way!
I'm just commenting, as my colleague and I are having the same problem with this as @ckrf. Here's the specific error I'm getting - I think it has to do with favicon.ico?

Hi @skhan890, you can ignore the favicon error. Hmm I wonder what the issue is. Would you be willing to hop on a quick webex so I can debug? Clearly something is amiss if multiple people are experiencing the same issue.
