check your addon list to see if knp is actually enabled then install bugsack and buggrabber and post the errors might be getting

Any news about this yet? I've also been having this exact same issue since ~2wks ago. I reinstalled even which got it to work, but after a /reload, it stopped working again.

I can't really reproduce it, which class are you both playing? is it broken on one but not others?

It works on different characters just fine but on my priest it's not working. I remember importing someone's profile and that did work but after a reload and reinstall it never showed up for that character again
