simpler data format about osmbuildings HOT 2 CLOSED

The format is optimized for mobile use and I'm going to stay with it or making it even more compact (binary?).
But I'm open for producing readable JSON from the db and transforming it in a subsequent step if client asks for that.

I suggest to serve only linestring with height and do more calculations on client side.

What happened:
TopoJSON was invented which is qiute close to the original format. If there is a need, I'd support this.
For now, all backend code is gone. Support relies on GeoJSON as common data format.
