Yup - I'm taking this.

Part of this fix will be getting the email_warn and email_bad options working, and then I will add more options for slack_warn and slack_bad.

By default slack_bad will be true, and slack_warn will be false.

So, I think that there should be a global setting for the slack credentials, and then a per-check enable/disable for notifications. I wonder too if people would want granularity on each check to send the notification to a separate channel.

I would say only offer one global channel at first, we can move it to be per-check some other time.
