If you have multiple apps running on the same device, it's supposed to show them as separate items with an app name in parentheses. Which is probably still not ideal.

App Name is probably more important to me than the device it is running on as I usually run 1 app per device/simulator at a time.

I'm usually working on one app at a time, so this area is currently a bit under-developed.

I work on 7 apps at once and sometimes run them on devices (as opposed to the simulator). I'm probably an edge case.

Pulse is app-based, not device-based. I think maybe it would make more sense to show apps as separate sections? With an app icon and everything to better differentiate them visually?

I like it!

It's also currently storing the devices persistently until you remove them manually. I think it would make sense to automatically remove devices that haven't been used in a while.

I'm fine with removing them manually. I tend to clear the log after awhile anyway.

P.S. the Mac icon wasn't supposed to move the text.

Also sometimes I have to restart an app to get logging to happen. I'm not sure if this is due to all the devices in the left side. If I can reproduce it, I'll open a separate issue. I find that if it gets stuck, I have to nuke the device list in the Finder and restart Pulse Pro.

Is "Scott's MacBook Air" an iPad or is there a defect in the app?

Is there more I'm supposed to provide when initiating the remote logger to get this info?

No, the logger already sends all the necessary information to the server. It's just a matter of updating the app to use it better.
