再三思考:
如果要做apps的自定义时间的同步， 需要大量的相互通讯， 当时间有误差时还需要调整帧率来接近到那个时间。 因为底层的时间是根据一帧加x的。

不如那个时间作为当前app的时间， 如果需要跨进程跨机器的时间用python的time.time取系统时间比较好， 而且系统还可以与网络进行时间同步
