I'm going to need more information. While yes it looks like you'd want the spread to be next to each other, it depends on the ordering of the pages and if this has a proper cover page or if it starts with the first page of panels. Kavita has a strict set of rules for rendering out the pages in double mode. When it doesn't start with a proper cover, it can be problematic (there is an open Feature Request that you can upvote for me to prioritize a solution).
