Driver launch is failed often about karate HOT 3 CLOSED

While launching the driver we are getting error as
"failed to get reply for: [id: 8, sessionId: 2A9D3936BE8C476AEEA95073D4AC951E, method: Runtime.evaluate, params: {"expression":"document.readyState === 'complete'","returnByValue":true}]"

Code:

• configure driver = { type: 'chrome', addOptions: ['--remote-allow-origins=*', '--no-sandbox'] }
• driver loadsURL
  ( 'https://www.google.com/' is passed as loadsURL)
• driver.maximize()

but the same is working sometimes .
what makes the difference?
