1. Creating DrawableSaitenAdjustmentRuleset inherit DrawableKaraokeRuleset, and override CreatePlayfield and CreateDrawableRepresentation
2. Create SaitenAdjustmentScreen inherit OsuScreen, see how switch page is working in MainMenu and Editor
3. Place into Screens/SaitenAdjustment namesapce.
