Hi, I can see from your screenshot that you have no element groups created and thus no materials defined. I recommend to try out our tutorials were the main workflow is described even for earthquake simulation: https://inachuslaurea.wordpress.com/2018/03/23/bcb-tutorials
There are databases in the Internet where you can download seismic time history data for almost every earthquake, you just have to bring that into the form the BCB can read (.csv file). It can be a bit of work in Excel but shouldn't be too difficult. I hope that helps.
