Fix build after removing "-fpermissive" compile flag

from xray-16.

I have removed -fpermissive flag, because it was suppressing next error:

All such flags that suppress deprecated behavior as error must be removed.
All the errors after this remove should be fixed.

If you see platform-dependent compile flag - consider moving it to platform condition block like:
