@afollestad I know, but just try out Glide, the scrolling performance is MUCH better. Also I had many many problems with Ion, it doesn't play well with recyvlerview (half loaded images especially for the "error" or "placeholder" drawables for example) and the caching is also weird somehow. The only problem I have with Glide right now is to invalidate the cache for a single album art when it has changed, but I am sure I can fix that. Also switching from Ion to Glide took me like 20 minutes while from Picasso to Ion it took me almost 2 hours.
