i dont, all was working correctly with v1, after update to v2 i just changed the position to placement but now it is flipped.
also i can see in the demo that the arrow option is inherited from the global settings which is awesome, but on my app it doesnt, i have to explicitly pass it to the v-tippy options.
anyway it seems its related to my end only, so if nothing else to be done you can close this ticket.

you can get back to v1 npm install vue-tippy@v1
If you can setup a demo I can try to fix it for you
