Kelsea Hunt's Projects

04-timed-quiz icon 04-timed-quiz

This is a JavaScript quiz that I created in the first few weeks of class. The idea was to create a timed quiz where the user loses points if they answer a question incorrectly but gains points for remaining time and correct answers.

05-day-planner icon 05-day-planner

For this project we were given starter code that did not function properly. It was my task to debug and write code. As the hours progress throughout the day, the line changes color with whether or not it is in the past, present, future. You are also given the chance to save each item and have it reload on refresh using LocalStorage.

09-readme-generator icon 09-readme-generator

Using command line only, create a generator to use for your ReadMe. This was created by only using inquirer and should create you a new file within the folder.

10-team-profile-generator icon 10-team-profile-generator

This project we were tasked to create a team profile generator. Once the user goes through all of the prompts, it will create a HTML file with the given information. They will have the option of having 1 manager, multiple engineers, and multiple interns as employees added to their team. Each category includes a test that passes through Jest.

11-note-taker icon 11-note-taker

Update code so that you are able to add new notes and edit them. The generated notes should appear on the left side of the screen after hitting the submit button.

12-employee-management-system icon 12-employee-management-system

For this assignment, we needed to create a command line application that prompts the user. It should allow the user to add departments/roles/employees, view departments/roles/employees, and edit departments/roles/employees.

14-tech-blog icon 14-tech-blog

The idea of this assignment was to create a website that tech writers could write and share their thoughts.

18-fitness-tracker icon 18-fitness-tracker

Update code so that the user is able to add a new workout, continue a workout, and view their dashboard of workouts that they have added.

19-progressive-budget icon 19-progressive-budget

One of the more recent projects that required me to utilize Mongoose, service-worker.js, and Manifest.Webmanifest.

group-project-2 icon group-project-2

This is the second project that we were tasked with creating. For this project we created a travel website where you are able to log all of your travels and upload any photos from that trip.

group-project-3 icon group-project-3

This was the third group project that I worked on during my bootcamp. It has been restyled and designed under the repository name Project-Three-The-Bailey-Cafe

portfolio icon portfolio

This is my portfolio that I have designed to showcase the work that I have done through University of Denver's Full Stack Web Development bootcamp. This is still very much a work in progress but I am learning new technologies along the way and becoming confident in my coding abilities.

project-one-concert-finder icon project-one-concert-finder

This was my first group project in University of Denver's full stack bootcamp. We were tasked with creating a mobile-friendly application using two separate API calls. We chose to create an application that allows you to search for a city and it will return concerts in that area. Along with the concerts that will be playing in that city, it will also share information about that artist on the same page.

project-three-the-bailey-cafe icon project-three-the-bailey-cafe

This was my third group project in University of Denver's full stack bootcamp. We were tasked with creating a mobile-friendly application that uses React.JS, Redux, Hooks, and supplies its own API.

project-two-tripr icon project-two-tripr

This was my second group project in University of Denver's full stack bootcamp. We were tasked with creating a mobile-friendly application using Handlebars.js, MongoDB, and user authentication. We chose to create an application that allows you to save any trips that you have taken and also upload images from that trip. The landing page you are able to review the most recently added trips.
