I also just noticed this. Previous version DID have bluetooth enabled, so it was probably overlooked when they rolled out the -serial change of 13.7. I cannot recall 100% if it was 13.5 or 13.6 s3 that did have BT enabled, but 13.7 s3 has it disabled. Which is disappointing. Perhaps they will fix it the next version, otherwise just compile it from source
Edit: 2/20/24 13.8 also has bluetooth disabled
from esp32marauder.

- I'm using the ESP32 TTGO T-Display board, I've already tried a lot of things but to no avail, the firmware is compiled and downloaded, but when I start the Marauder firmware, the Marauder icon is displayed, then Initialization, then "Starting..." and the board reboots and so on . I didn't connect the SD card. Please help me. Thank you!
