can you enable parallel build? about opencv4nodejs HOT 6 CLOSED

I am not sure, but it looks like node-gyp automatically builds with the max number of available threads inspite of the message saying: To enable parallel build, please add the "/m" switch.. For CI we will mostly only have a single thread anyways (travis docker and appveyor).

Does a build on your local machine run on a single thread only?

Hey @nooperpudd, I have the following setup in my ~/.bash_profile

# force node-gyp to use 8 thread processing
export JOBS=8;
# force make to run on 8 cores
export MAKEFLAGS="-j 8";
# force opencv4nodejs to use opencv already built
export OPENCV4NODEJS_DISABLE_AUTOBUILD=1;

And whenever I do an update of the project it always uses the prebuilt opencv and compiles on all 8 cores.
