presently, the activity is to not validate by default. There is no control in ansible module to enforce validation. Perhaps we need to do this?

the no_copy flag is meant to control whether or not the package file is copied from the Linux server (running ansible) to the Junos device. So if you set no_copy to True, then the SCP of the package file does NOT happen.

The ansible module is coded to put the package file in the /var/tmp directory on the Junos device. So, if you do use no_copy, then it is assumed that the package file is located there.

closing this issue, since the junos_install_os module explicitly assumes "no-validate" as part of the process. If we need to support the validate option, then we can open another issue. Pending community interest; not a requirement for our R 1.0 delivery.
