So removing the reference of window here fixes it for you? I take it the other references to window aren't an issue, because this part of the code isn't called until it hits the client-side?.. I feel there is more to the issue than this though..

1. What SSR environment are you running?
2. Why is ResizeObserver being included at this stage?
   Is it required? Is it being imported from something else which is to be rendered?
3. Does the environment you're running emulate the browser at all, or, is it a plain Node environment? Or something else?

If it's easy enough, maybe you could provide a sample repo to look at? It would be great to get more of an idea.
