Increase package size limit for dns-blocklists about jsdelivr HOT 5 CLOSED

Hey @hagezi 👋 I see you linked a GH repo here. We actually allow files up to 20 MB for GitHub regardless of the overall repo size, so you should be good even now. One caveat is that directory listings won't work for repos of your size, but any direct file link will. Let me know if you run into any specific issues.

File size exceeded the configured limit of 20 MB.

All right, I'm going to increase the file limit to 80 MB, which should be sufficient even with some room to grow if needed.
