We had checked that jPlayer 1.0.0 worked in Opera 9 and Opera 10. Those versions will use the Flash component of jPlayer. We know that Opera 10.5 beta does not work, but that seems to be more Opera 10.5 beta's fault than jPlayer's. Opera's 10.5 audio is apparently WIP.
We'll review Opera's operation with jPlayer in a few different versions of the browser and report back.

Are you still having the problem in Opera 10.1?
I do not appear to have this version available on any of my PCs. I have Opera 9 and Opera 10.51 available for testing.
Bare in mind that some days the miaow music website is hit pretty hard by all the mp3/ogg file requests, so maybe that site was down while you experienced the problem.

I figured out where to get Opera 10.10 and installed it... Tested jPlayer 1.0.0 on the main website and found no issues. Opera 10.10 used the flash and worked perfectly.

You must have been checking at the time miaow music went down, which did happen around the time you posted your initial issue.
Closing as it is not an issue.
