I am not familiar with cpanel, but my guess is that you will probably have to:
- Upload somewhere the cfxnes.js file.
- Add some HTML/JS to your page that will initialize the emulator (see example)
It might be better to ask on the cpanel forum rather than here.

Can u please give me the demo site files. I am having a really hard time installing this.

You can download the latest version of cfxnes.js from releases
However, I am afraid I won't be able to give you any examples how to use it with cpanel since I am not familiar with it.
My advice is: Search through cpanel docs or ask on their forums how to use third party JS libraries with cpanel.
