Move repo to STScI about spamm HOT 7 CLOSED

I have tried to transfer the account but I am getting the error that both of you have a repository named SPAMM already and the transfer requires, "The target account must not have a repository with the same name, or a fork in the same network." Do either of you know how to transfer the ownership another way (besides through the repository settings, which is the way I have tried and failed)?

I had to make the repository public but I have no transferred it to Jo's account.
