no-let with ignore-prefix was released in 4.3.0.

Adding ignore-prefix to no-let is planned as described in #32.
I'm open for a PR for adding ignore-prefix to no-object-mutation, perhaps @miangraham who did the original work on that rule wants to take a look at it. Otherwise I will get around to it eventually.

@miangraham As you may noticed, I changed the yarn scripts a bit. Before yarn test both ran the build and tested but now you need to do yarn build each time before you run yarn test. Or you can use the yarn test:work which will do both and I usually change the path of that script to match the exact tests I am working on. The reason for the change is that the code-coverage worked easier if I did it that way.
