readonly-array fixer does not work for arrays with nested template type about tslint-immutable HOT 5 CLOSED

Maybe it is fixed by this?

Tried with tslint 5.7.0 which has the above fix merged but still does not work. Not sure how to solve this....

I noticed that you can supply an array of Replacements as a fix. Maybe that is how it should be done. There is also functions in tslint to create replacements that maybe we have to use to make this work:

    appendText(start: number, text: string): Replacement;
    deleteText(start: number, length: number): Replacement;
    deleteFromTo(start: number, end: number): Replacement;

I noticed that you can supply an array of Replacements as a fix.

I believe so. Replacing the entire bad node seems to also overwrite previous fixes. Only using an array of inserts would fix that.
