I'm going to knock this out. It seems to be pretty straight forward.

I've been doing a bit of research on this, and it doesn't appear that the user-agent changes. The RFC doesn't seem to mention user agent when talking about the Forwarded-For header. Am I missing something?

Section 5.5 of RFC 7239 allows for extensions. I'm proposing that our implementation on api recognised the extension "user-agent" which for web2, would be the user agent of the user and so does change.
