This is probably as a result of a recent pull request. Please check the edit/GitDiff/options to re-enable it. I may have to revert the PR.

That's the thing -- I don't have an option in edit/GitDiff/options relating to that. All I see under edit/GitDiff (3.6)/Configuration are Colors, Gutter marks and Navigation (wrap or no wrap).

Weird, can you update from github clean and rebuild the plugin and see if there is still a problem please.

Yes, weird, but I fixed it. Here's what occurred:

I had already done a fresh build of GitDiff from the latest sources (also deleted DerivedData beforehand) and that was when I originally posted this issue.

After your last response, I exited Xcode, deleted GitDiff.xcplugin from the Plug-Ins folder, rebuilt and when I started Xcode, I got a message saying, "Could not load colors interface ... using Alcatraz ... build from sources". Which is odd as I don't use Alcatraz and always build straight from source.

Next step was to exit Xcode, delete GidDiff.xcplugin again, delete DerivedData again and rebuild. This time it worked (I have the "Show Popover" option and it is enabled by default).

Sounds like the nib wasn't updated for some reason that only Xcode will ever know.
