Documentation? about d3py HOT 4 OPEN

The package is currently just a quick skeleton and very experimental. I now pushed some drafts that I had only locally to GitHub. So, there's no documentation as the package currently doesn't do much and I haven't had time to touch this in a long time. I added a note on README about this. There are other more or less similar packages that one can use. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Or actually, I'll keep the issue open as it's true that there's no documentation and it of course would need to be written at some point if/when the package has some proper functionality.
