Exposing specific libsodium algorithms about enacl HOT 4 CLOSED

I'd love to have those algorithms exposed.

The goal of enacl is to be as close to libsodium as possible, so if libsodium has the algorithm, then so should we. I've contemplated somewhat on changing the name of enacl to suit libsodium better, since we are moving away from the NaCl basis.
