Ok I just spent a ton of time on this, got confused and screwed a bunch of stuff up but didn't commit anything so that's good at least. I'm gonna take a break and then start over.. there are a lot of confusing dependencies in there.

it seems to work completely, but there are a few instances where it messed up the keyboard shortcuts. that shouldnt be too hard to fix, cause the way you split it up is way better.

- add settings page for section leaders (and maybe students)
- option to receive email when people submit
- option to receive email when comments ahve been released
- make it html5 compatible changing assignment action attribute to data-action
- assignments page, release works, delete release does not work HOT 1

- add list of files to not accept, like hangman lexicon, or exe. etc
- factor js into external files
- cleanup and comment all of the code
- give error alert back to user if their comment doesn't save, or they are logged out
- lock the page from comments

- bolding released in different views
- add release button to Assignment list view
- add a file called "Grade" to each directory
- sort files at top alphabetically
- fix keyboard shortcuts to use jquery keyboards
- add more descriptive error messages
- for students with multiple classes, add header link to swtich
