I have the base code for this. It just depends show it wants to be implemented (and then the time to do it)

This becomes particularly useful alongside the ongoing addition of the 3D model view, so the generated structure can be previewed.

I have decidede this should be a gui thing only. The options required for making a structure from a cif are a bit of an overload for command line arguments. There are other command line arguments that can be used to generate the xyz files to then use.
