This would be easier ot make descending maps, rather than having the spawn area high up.

Spawn entity has been added, so that is no longer a problem. Still may remove groundLevel and allow water/lava material to be placed (similar to a platform). Doing this would mean there are no map bounds. Every pit at the bottom of the map entities would need a death/lava/water material.

groundLevel has been removed (added temporary world.bedrock) which is an invisible clip to stop things falling out of the world for ever. Texture will be drawn here when implemented.
Since materials/decals have been added to use scrolling lava, water, a death material can be implemented which is placed ontop of these.
