Suggested solution:
The transform includes jidejs/ui/bind as a dependency and calls a new API on bind (addComponentAlias) to make the component known to the bind API. It would also be an advantage if it would generate a unique name as alias and use that.

Added registerComponentAlias to jidejs/ui/bind and made jidejs/ui/bind compatible with browserify (check if define and define.amd are available, check if an alias was registered or fall back to a Node/Browserify compatible require).
