• exclude domain from search/statistics Same as the above, no direct API to use
• background script what do you mean this?
• design theme, Currently this extension is written using Ant.d, I'm afraid there is not a theme like google.

Sorry for my delay.

It's easy to add persistent: false option, but for time spent on websites, I need some time to dig into how History Manager do this.
