Hello sir, with OIDC support, is it safe to say I will be able to use Social login on Ionic app and call my jhipster services?

It depends. I was planning on adding support for Keycloak and Okta, which both allow you to configure social providers as part of their platforms. In theory, you could also just point the OIDC settings to a provider like Google or Facebook and that should work too. You could also look at #9.

• if I will create my Jhipster app with Keycloak, and will turn on Google or Facebook provider on KeyCloak
• and create ionic project with generator jhipster ionic, and authenticate using keycloak to receive this token
• now if I will pass this token to jhipster, I will be able to login?

Yes, that's correct. You can test this configuration now by generating a JHipster app with Keycloak and seeing if you can configure Google/Facebook in Keycloak and then login with them when you're redirected to login.

Hi @mraible just wanted to do +1 to this work, really looking forward for ionic jhipster integration to work with OpenID, as I believe this will enable me to do social login from ionic. We are looking forward to create ionic app for our jhipster websites, but without social login feature, we are blocked.
